DAY 1: Arrive and transfer to Serena Lake Victoria Hotel which is stone throw from the massive largest fresh water lake in Africa. Depending on your flight arrangements, you can attempted your first game at the shores of this massive lake.

DAY 2: An early breakfast will be served and then your Guide will transfer you to Entebbe International Airport to board a domestic flight at 7:45hrs to Kihihi in the south-west of Uganda. You will arrive at 9:30hrs and a pick-up by another Driver/Guide to transfer you to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park arriving at Buhoma Lodge or similar in time for lunch. Afternoon at leisure and a walk to the surrounding villages is recommended. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

DAY 3: Whole day devoted to gorilla tracking. This can be a demanding walk and some level of fitness is advised. But with the guidance of competent Guides and Rangers, you will be guided to meet the gentle giants and spend an hour with them as they go about their day routine in the natural habitat. The walk lasts between 1 to 6 hours depending on when you view the gorillas. Packed lunch and water will be provided. After the viewing, you return to the lodge and please pay attention to other habitats such as birds, butterflies, insects, monkeys and a variety of plant species some of which are medicinal. The Guide will often point out something for you to witness. The rest of the day can be spent relaxing at the lodge.

DAY 4: After a leisurely breakfast, your Driver/Guide will transfer you to Kihihi – Savanna Resort Hotel arriving in time for lunch. Afternoon at your disposal for a game of golf on the 18 hole course, right in the remote but beautiful country side surrounded by rolling hills and lots of Tea and banana plantations. Dinner and overnight at the resort.

DAY 5: After breakfast, you will be transferred to Kihihi airstrip for your flight back to Entebbe at 9:45hrs and arriving at 11:25 for flight connections to your next destination. If your flight is in the evening, arrangements will be made for a day room and transfer to the airport in a hotel in the vicinity of the airport.
